It’s been a long journey for former Georgia football running back Nick Chubb, who made his return for the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Chubb, a second-team All-Pro selection in 2022, hasn’t played since Week 2 of the 2023 season, when he suffered a gruesome knee injury that resulted in a torn ACL and meniscus in his right knee. He underwent two reconstructive surgeries after the injury.

The former second-round pick even scored a touchdown in his first game back from injury after missing over a year, plunging in a 1-yard score in the second quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Chubb is certainly a feel-good story, and could be a strong candidate for NFL Comeback Player of the Year.
