Russian forces launched 269 strikes on towns and villages in the Zaporizhzhia region on Saturday, December 7, killing one person.
Zaporizhzhia Region Governor Ivan Fedorov announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“During the day, the occupiers launched 269 strikes on 11 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region,” Fedorov wrote.
He noted that a Russian strike had killed a 65-year-old man in the Vasylivka district.
According to Fedorov, 154 enemy UAVs attacked Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Novodarivka, and Olhivske.
Eight MLRS attacks targeted Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, and Mala Tokmachka.
In addition, the occupiers launched 107 artillery strikes on Lobkove, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Novodarivka, and Olhivske.
The regional military administration said that authorities had received 14 reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.
