After a few months of 2024 model year vehicles, Jeep is ready to move the Wagoneer S EV into 2025. The new year comes with a new model, too. The new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Limited grade offers a lower price than the Launch Edition. It’s not the launch year anymore, but the Wagoneer S will still offer that trim for at least the new year.

Jeep Wagoneer S Limited features start with a new black roof and mirror caps. The Launch Edition gets black parts for these areas, too, but Jeep says the Limited will be “distinguishable.” Limited models will get 20-inch wheels with a shiny machined finish instead of the gloss black of Launch Edition models.
The Entry-Spec Wagoneer Is Far From Basic
Limited and Launch Edition will include many of the same features, including a standard dual-pane panoramic sunroof, heated seats, and a total available interior screen size of more than 45 inches. The screens are divided into a 12.3-inch cluster, a 12.3-inch center screen, and a 10.25-inch passenger display. The passenger screen is an option on Limited but is standard on the Launch Edition.

Jeep has presented a look at what the Wagoneer could be with more focus on ruggedness.
While the Launch Edition comes standard with a 19-speaker, 1,200-watt ultra-high-end McIntosh audio system, the Limited is, well, limited here too. It will only offer 920 watts of McIntosh audio, and that system will be an optional extra.
Likely More Range With Less Power From Both Motors And Stereo
Jeep wasn’t saying how far the Wagoneer S Limited could drive on a charge, or even how much power it would make. We do know that the total output will be less than the 600 horsepower and 617 lb-ft of the Launch Edition, though. How? Because Jeep said that it will sell a Propulsion Boost Package as an over-the-air upgrade and the Boost Package will bring the Limited up to 600 hp.

Jeep’s Ambitions For Wagoneer S Could Be Mission Impossible
Jeep CEO Antonio Filosa knows that Jeep’s first American EV is critical, and perfecting it could take some time.
Though we’re speculating, if the Wagoneer S Limited offers less horsepower, it should deliver slightly more range. Both use a 100.5 kWh battery pack, and the Launch Edition has an estimated range of more than 300 miles. Both grades can charge from 20-80 percent in around 23 minutes on a Level 3 fast charger.
Order books for the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S in Launch and Limited trims are now open. The new lower-priced Limited grade starts from $66,995, including $1,795 destination. The 2024 Launch Edition trim’s MSRP was $71,995, including destination, but the 2025 price has not been announced. Things could get tricky at the Jeep dealer, though, because Launch Edition models are already seeing discounts of up to $13,000 as Jeep stores struggle to move them. Jeep says the model will qualify for $7,500 Inflation Reduction Act incentives for purchase or lease, assuming the credits stick around that long.
