A man has been arrested for supplying drugs to former “One Direction” star Liam Payne before he fell to his death from the third floor of his Buenos Aires hotel room last year.Braian Paiz, who is accused of having supplied cocaine to Payne, is one of five defendants indicted in connection with the 31-year-old singer’s death. He was arrested by Argentinian police on Friday. Jerusalem — Gunmen opened fire Monday on a bus and other vehicles near a village in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, killing three people and wounding seven, the Israel Defense Forces and emergency services said.
