Ferrari faces a lawsuit from some customers in the U.S., who allege the company neglected to address brake issues that they claim could lead to a partial or total loss of braking capability. Ferrari has been spotted testing a prototype for its successor to its 812 Superfast again, and there’s evidence it’s almost certain to sport a V-12 engine. The prototype is heavily camouflaged, but the proportions are unmistakable. Some details also peek through the camouflage gear, like the vents of the hood, the slim headlights, and part of the taillight design. Previous spy shots showed an early test mule using a makeshift body from the Roma coupe to hide the new mechanicals.
