These projectors are ideal for a range of home entertainment setups and are adaptable to different spaces and viewing preferences.
If you’re in the market for a new projector, Nebula, Anker’s smart entertainment brand, has today released two new models designed to cater to different viewing needs. These projectors were officially announced at the end of July and promise to deliver quality and convenience, whether you’re looking for a portable option or something more akin to a home theater.
The new lineup includes the portable Capsule Air projector and the Cosmos 4K SE, a more powerful device aimed at delivering “an exceptional cinematic experience” at home. Each projector offers distinct features tailored to different types of viewers.
Designed for portability, the Capsule Air stands just over five inches tall and weighs about 1.5 pounds. Despite its size, it offers a 720p resolution and 150 ANSI lumens of brightness. Its image projection ranges from 60 inches to 100 inches. The built-in 34Wh battery offers up to two hours of playtime on the go. The projector is flexible, allowing for unique projection angles via the Snap-On Base, which can tilt it from 0-30 degrees when on a desk or floor and up to 90 degrees when mounted to a wall. The Gimbal Stand and Power Bank Tripod further expand its usage in various settings, from a kitchen counter to an RV.
The other projector is the Cosmos 4K SE. This one boasts 1,800 ANSI lumens and 4K UHD resolution and can display up to a 120-inch screen in regular lighting and 200 inches in darker settings. It’s equipped with Dolby Vision and NebulaMaster Image Processing Engine to support vivid colors, sharp contrast, and smooth transitions. The Cosmos 4K SE includes advanced features like Eye Guard for light-related safety and Real-time Autofocus, Auto Obstacle Avoidance, Auto Screen Fit, and Wall Color Adaptation. This one is also portable, but at about 10 pounds, it’s a bit heavier, so it includes a handle.
Both projectors have Netflix built-in and run on the Google TV platform, so they provide access to over 700,000 movies, TV episodes, and live TV options.
The Cosmos 4K SE and Capsule Air are available in the US starting today on Nebula’s website and Amazon. The Cosmos 4K SE is priced at $1,299.99, while the Capsule Air comes in at $399.99. Early buyers can take advantage of special promotions, including discounts and bonus accessories, valid through September 29.
