Russian special services – GRU and FSB – recruit teenagers and young people to commit crimes against the military in Ukraine, use them and “abandon” them.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) at the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko, said this in a Telegram message.
“The Russian GRU and the Russian FSB promise money to saboteurs against the military in Ukraine, but deceive the perpetrators of crimes, do not pay them, and also do not inform the perpetrators that they often plan to activate the explosives they carry while the terrorists are still performing the task of Russian curators. They are looking for teenagers and poorly informed youth who are attracted to the easy money promised by Russian handlers, often without specifics (go there and deliver a package). The Russians simply use the recruited saboteurs and abandon them. It is important to understand that the saboteurs are guaranteed to either die or go to jail for a long time in the shortest possible time, losing their future,” Kovalenko said.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the police of Dnipropetrovsk region together with the Security Service of Ukraine detained three men who, according to the investigation, committed a terrorist attack near the territorial acquisition center building in Pavlohrad on the order of the Russian special services.
