Mutual Fund's total assets under management (AUM) have grown significantly in September 2023. As per data from AMFI, the mutual fund industry's net AUM is Rs 46.5 lakh crore, while the average AUM stands at Rs 47 lakh crore for September 2023.

HDFC Mutual Fund’s invested about Rs 949 crore in Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries, Rs 691 crore in Kotak Mahindra Bank, and a total of Rs 561 crore in HDFC Bank.

Aditya Vision and JSW Infra were new entrants in HDFC Mutual Fund.

HDFC Mutual Fund has offloaded Larsen & Toubro shares worth Rs 330 crore, Power Finance Corporation for about Rs 307 crore, and Jio Financial Services for about Rs 205 crore. The fund completely exited Hinduja Global.

SBI Mutual Fund invested about Rs 1,296 crore in HDFC Bank. It invested Rs 877 crore in ICICI Bank, and Rs 464 crore in Infosys Ltd. It added Sai Silks and VRL Logistics on its investment list.

SBI Mutual Fund reduced its investment in Jio Financial Services and offloaded shares worth Rs 1,736 crore. It sold NHPC shares worth Rs 805 crore, and Larsen & Toubro for about Rs 529 crore. The fund completely exited Camlin Fine.

Kotak Mutual Fund invested Rs 418 crore in NTPC, Rs 330 crore in Reliance Industries, Rs 285 crore in IndusInd Bank.

The fund added RR Kabel and Voltamp Transformers.
